“Tao”, which means peach in Mandarin, is the new restaurant located on level one of the hotel and is immediately recognizable with a vibrant design using the bloom of the pale pink April peach flowers as a signature motif and a spectacular cloud-like inspired ceiling giving an impression of dining under the stars.
It was a pleasant dining experience for us to have Dim Sum Chef at Tao Chinese Cuisine, Chef Lo Tian Sion (羅天送) tosavour in his toothsome dim sum made from premium quality ingredients.
The diced abalone was soft and barely chewy while prawns were so fresh and crunchy!
Siew Mai is one of my favorite food in the world! Lol Scallop was also soft and not even close to being overcooked giving it a nice melt in mouth-like texture.
Bun texture was really fluffy while luscious filling of sweet ‘char siew’.
This was really addicting! It was deep-fried to crispy perfection stuffy with gooey cheese.
Silky and smooth on the outside, crunchy and scrumptious inside! The sauce complemented with it very well. Loss of words on how spectacular this dish was!
The rice noodle has a nice light crisp from pan-frying and the dried shrimps made it extra flavorful.
At first glance it may look like any other regular wok-fried egg noodles but when it comes to taste it was extravagant. The salted egg yolk was evenly coated on the noodles giving it some nice salty creamy eggy flavors. As the sesame seeds were wok-fried along with the noodles, it really does brings out the oomph of this dish.
Thick chunks of asparagus beautifully stir-fry with garlic was so juicy, crunchy and flavorful. Have you ever had vegetables that were so addictive?
After a luscious meal, having this was so soothing and refreshing.
Super adorable “ninko” in disguise as mandarins. You’d get some sweetness from the sweet potato and gooey gooness from the “ninko” with some slight crispiness on the outside deep-fried to golden perfection.

It’s the time of the month again and this time to gather with your friends and family and spoil them this festive season! Here at Dynasty Restaurant, we’ve got the Executive SousChef, Kok Chee Kin and his team to come up with a few festive menus featuring some wonderful Cantonese dishes.
Here’s a sneak peek on what we had!
Beautiful thinly sliced sashimi salmon with almost melt-in-mouth texture. Perfect way to start off the wonderful dinner with some prosperity toss. There’s an option for Fruity Fiesta or Jellyfish as well.
If you’re looking for something for more exclusive, they’ve got Premium Yee Sang and there’s an 3 options!
– Sea Cucumber, Abalone & Pseudo Shark’s Fin
– Abalone, Jellyfish, Scallop, Salmon & Lobster
– Mini Abalone
Oh, the yee sang above is part of the set we’re having which is Happiness Set, serving 9 dishes at the price of RM 1788 for 10 persons. Don’t worry, the yee sang could be ordered as ala carte.
This delicious and shark-friendly alternative is flavorsome that warms our heart to belly. I really enjoy the chunks in the soup giving some texture to it.
You get that nice crunch of almonds at the bottom of the chicken and light crisp from the chicken skin paired with some crackers on the side while the meat is still relatively soft.
What I love about this dish is the ginger paste on top of the fish topped with coriander. The steamed fish takes on the flavor and fragrance of the ginger and spring onions. The fish itself was beautifully cooked and still firm and moist.
Sinful and irresistible prawn dish loved by many! Savory from the salted egg yolk and sweetness from the pumpkin are indeed a perfect match for the bouncy and firm textured prawns.
The mushrooms are cooked to soft and tender and dried oysters were chewy and flavorful. Whenever there’s a family occasion and this dish is on the table, I’d take spoonful of the sauce and drizzled them over my bowl of rice because there’s just something magical about it.
X.O. sauce really brings the fried rice to a whole different level. There’s a nice heat to the fried rice, not too spicy but really palatable.
Sweet, refreshing and nourishing. I love the aloe vera chunks in this delightful ‘tong sui’.
‘Nian Gao’ to be enjoyed both ways. Deep-fried to crispy golden perfection and gooey inside or steamed and coated with coconut flakes. I personally enjoyed the fried ‘nian gao’ because there’s sliced yam in it which complemented it so well.
This treasure pot is stuffed with whole sun-dried scallop, fish maw, stuffed dried oyster, fresh scallop, flower mushroom, fu kwei abalone, farm chicken, roasted duck, money bag, sea cucumber, vegetarian roasted meat, vegetables, tiger prawns, fish stomach, coral clam and fungi mushroom. One pot wonders.

Chinese New Year is just around the corner and the thought of finding a venue and making reservations for the big day, it’s going to be tough to book a table especially at popular eateries. Even if you do, the restaurant would probably be loud and overcrowded with screaming kids, other tables cheering their way to a prosperous new year and you’d probably have to yell at each other across the table throughout the dinner. That’s not so nice isn’t it? Wouldn’t it be easier if you could enjoy exclusive meals in the comfort of your home?
Three Brothers Restaurant got you covered! In fact, takeaways are encouraged.
Not to mention, you could check out their reunion dinner package over here!
Don’t be fooled by its texture, some people would’ve looked at it and assumed the yee sang looks really dry but believe me, its ridiculously fresh and moist. Price above does not includes the sliced Norwegian salmon, fish roe and such. I love how the fish roe gives the popping sensation as you have a mouthful. Crab legs were firm and sweet and the salmon was simply spectacular. Feel free to add-on for a more prosperous toss!
Let me break this to you first, the bowl and lid are part of the takeaway. Yes, its inclusive! This soup is so nourishing it uplifts the festive spirits with its gourmet flavours. What you see is what you get, the portions and ingredients here are ridiculously legitimate!
This wonder pot is packed with decadent Chinese New Year delicacies loved by family and relatives of all ages. This dish is brim with layers of premium seafood and meats that are richly braised. Who wouldn’t love a dish that’s believed to bring in good luck and fortune for the coming year? Yes, the pot is included as well.
You could read more about how this finger-licking platter on my previous post on their reunion dinner packages! I’ll leave it right here. It’s one of my personal favorite dish in this restaurant!
Most of us would’ve skipped this dish because we’d be too stuffed for carbs but nope, not this one. It’s packed individually per person with just the right portion and getting to enjoy little bits of each elements in the dish. It’s surprisingly light, not too salty nor sweet.

Chinese New Year reunion dinners never always has to be in fancy restaurants and hotels but somewhere around your neighborhood works the same. Here in Three Brothers Restaurant, you’d be able to enjoy premium quality dishes and probably dishes you wouldn’t expect to have it here at all!
The Prosperity Toss was really refreshing. None of the elements on this plate were dry at all. Yes I know there’s probably nothing much to boast about yee sang because ‘it all tasted the same’ but not here …
Voila! The fish skin was crispy almost like having potato chips but a much healthier option. Salmon sashimi was ridiculously fresh and has a melt-in-mouth texture while the Red Clam or Akagai sashimi has a nice mild, subtle taste.
This soup is loaded with goodies! Sliced geoduck, fish maws, muhsrooms, half chicken and many more! It tasted much sweeter and flavorful as the soup releases the flavors from the ingredients gradually.
It may not be a pretty but strange-looking fish but it is absolutely aromatic, delicious, and not greasy at all. What I love about grouper fish is that you get to enjoy more of the fish not needing to worry much of the bones. The sauce is what makes this dish even better!
Who would’ve expected a Hispanic-Portuguese inspired European dish in a Chinese restaurant which was definitely one of the show-stopping dish in the menu! This dish is often served as a dinner centerpiece in Spain. It’s like Roasted Turkey for Christmas!
These intensely juicy and succulent pork with superior flavor these has an excellent meat-to-bone ratio which makes them so immensely satisfying as well as exquisite.
Deliciously cured Iberian ham in beautifully marbled and deep red in color. It also has a nice smooth fat with low melting point giving it a very aromatic with a long-lasting flavor, and a creamy, melting sensation in your mouth.
Taste as good as the ribs but more on a leaner and tougher texture. This delicious pork platter really does brings the authentic flavors of inland Spain to your dining table.
More fish maws! I really enjoyed the chewy texture and how it perfectly absorbed the sauce. Oh did you know the money bag represents wealth and prosperity? Except its stuffed with minced pork and black fungus.🤣
Impressively rich in delicate flavors from the prawns and scallops along with the black truffle. I really love the crunch of the vegetables which gives some texture to it.
You know its a good fried rice when you get that oomph on your first bite. The fried rice is filled ‘wok hei’ and you get that nice popping sensation going on in your mouth as you get some of the tobiko or fish roes.
What makes this tiramisu so special? No, it’s not because its topped with gold leaves. This tiramisu flew all the way from Italy! And the taste wise, it is squisito regardless there’s no alcohol contain in it. I really love how the coconut flakes played along with the Tiramisu!
